MLK vs. X
Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X, two tremendously important leaders to the Civil Rights movement. MLK was a passive aggressive leader, meaning he did not believe in violence. X on the other hand was the total opposite, not necessarily violence, but by any means necessary to get what and where they want. Similar, they both impacted the whites and blacks of America during the Civil Rights Movement. Some listened to MLK and when someone was rude or physical, they were kind and forgiving. Those that followed X's beliefs were rude back and took the opposer down. In common though, they stood strong in what they believed in, not stepping down no matter how threatened or spoken to. In the end they both get assassinated for their teachings. In all I believe Martin Luther King Jr's ideals were more effective, because with not fighting back with fist or attacks, they just lived their own lives AROUND the trouble of the white law. Which affected the economic balance because buses and restaurants needed their business. One could learn to fight, without actually fighting.
